All you’re doing when you don’t tip is rewarding the business with your money, but making sure the struggling server has a hard time making ends meet, all so you can save yourself a few bucks and pat yourself on the back about it. Don’t like US tipping culture? Want to take a stand to end it? Don’t fucking go to a business where tipping is expected. Don’t take it out on the waitstaff you’re claiming to “help”, because that only helps yourself.
