Doesn’t surprise me at all having grown up with these lunatics
Grew up in a similar hyper religious environment, not putting women in leadership roles is the dumbest thing these orgs can do. At least in the wacko sect I was in, more than ~60% attendees were women. Dumb stupid fucks.
The women who want to be in those sects like the patriarchy for the most part.
The other 40% are men who need to virtue signal so they can diddle kids and be closet LGBT.
No doubt supported by cherry picked, reframed bible verses. Whilst I’m not religious, I suggest that they are measured and face the Old Testament judgement that they appear to want the rest of society to live by
