    The amount of dismantling this administration is doing is severely under reported. Anything tied to science, education, regulation, services, government orgs, infrastructure, etc is being slowly and systematically reduced or eliminated. Those are broad topics but anything that falls under them you can drill down and find bad news. It will take decades to recover from this as things stand.

      My pet black theory is that the billionaires behind all this are doing their best to speed up collapse, partly because they’re eager to move to the underground bunkers their people have been working on the past decade or two.

    I really don’t get what they want to achieve with this. It’s just a spoiled todler destroying other’s toys for no apparent reason at this point.

      They want to achieve ignorance. Concern for the climate HAS to pit you against corporations and fossil fuels, and Trump can’t have that. It’s much cheaper and easier to hide the facts rather than fix the problem.
