New strikes on the southern suburbs of Beirut. Everyone seems to be holding their breath and wondering how a possible retaliation from Hezbollah/Iran could look. This has been one of Irans red lines in the so called “negotiations” with the US regime, but I have seen nothing officially yet.
Trump has reportedly called for more “surgical strikes” against Hezbollah so no condemnation from that sicko.

❗️Slovenian President reinstates Palestinian flag at Presidential Palace
Expand
In a direct challenge to Slovenia’s newly inaugurated administration, President Natasa Pirc Musar ordered the Palestinian flag to be raised over the Presidential Palace in Ljubljana on Friday. The executive action came less than twenty-four hours after the incoming Prime Minister, Janez Jansa, marked his first day in office by removing the flag from the main government headquarters.
According to Anadolu Agency, Pirc Musar announced that the flag would fly prominently on the palace facade for one week before being relocated inside the building as an ongoing symbol of opposition to gross violations of international humanitarian law, stressing that the unchecked genocide against Palestinians has denied peace and dignity to the people of Gaza and the occupied West Bank.
The presidential intervention has exposed an institutional rift within the EU member state following a turbulent transfer of power. Jansa, a staunch ally of US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, quickly dismantled the visible remnants of his predecessor Robert Golob’s pro-Palestine foreign policy, leaving only the Slovenian, Ukrainian, and EU flags at the government headquarters. Israel’s Foreign Ministry quickly celebrated Jansa’s takeover, thanking the new premier and announcing plans to open an embassy in Ljubljana without delay as the new administration prepares to roll back state recognition of Palestine and relocate its embassy to occupied Jerusalem.
Under the previous government, Slovenia formally recognized Palestinian statehood in June 2024, enacted a comprehensive weapons trade ban against Israel, and enforced strict travel sanctions on certain Israeli ministers.

❗️Iraq denies paying Iran transit fees for oil shipments through Strait of Hormuz
Expand
Iraq’s National Security Adviser Qassim al-Araji on Friday rejected reports claiming that Baghdad pays transit fees to Iran for oil shipments passing through the Strait of Hormuz, calling the allegations “false and baseless.”
Araji said Iran had previously stated that Iraq is exempt from regulations governing passage through the strategic waterway.
His comments followed reports cited by Al-Arabiya alleging that US forces had stopped several vessels carrying Iraqi oil in the Strait of Hormuz over accusations that Baghdad was paying transit fees to Tehran.
Separately, a source told Shafaq News that a Chinese oil tanker loaded with around two million barrels of crude at Basra ports on behalf of Iraq’s State Organization for Marketing of Oil (SOMO) has completed loading and is expected to depart after final technical and operational procedures are finished.
🇸🇦🇺🇸Satellite images confirm that significant expansion operations have begun at the US Army Logistics Support Area in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, known as LSA Jenkins, since April 2026. It appears that more US troops and military hardware have been sent to this location, and the US has effectively used the negotiations with Iran respite, to replenish its forces.

❗️Washington clears nearly $2 billion defense sale to Kuwait
Expand
The US on Friday approved a $1.98 billion weapons package for Kuwait.
The US State Department said the deal includes the acquisition of counter-drone systems produced by defense firm Anduril, a company established by a backer of US President Donald Trump.
According to the State Department, the sale is intended to strengthen the defense capabilities of Kuwait, which Washington considers a key non-NATO partner in the region.
“This proposed sale will support the foreign policy and national security objectives of the US by improving the security of a major non-NATO ally that has been an important force for political stability and economic progress in the Middle East,” the statement said.
❗️US grants visas to Iran’s World Cup squad, administrative officials left waiting
Expand
Iran’s national football team has been granted visas to enter the US ahead of the FIFA World Cup, according to a US official, though Tasnim News Agency reported on Saturday that several federation officials are still awaiting approval.
Speaking to Reuters on Friday, a White House official said the players had received their visas, just 10 days before Iran’s opening match in Los Angeles. The statement came after Iran’s ambassador to Mexico, Abolfazl Pasandideh, said a day earlier that the visas had not yet been issued.
According to Tasnim News Agency, those still without visas include federation secretary-general Hedayat Mombini, Executive Director Mehdi Kharati, and Media Director Mohsen Motamedkia.
The report added that staff members whose visas remain pending will accompany the team to Mexico while efforts continue to secure permission for entry into the US.
⭕️ Gaza’s Health Ministry reported that 5 Palestinians were killed and 49 wounded over the past 48 hours. The fatalities included 2 newly reported deaths, 1 person who succumbed to previous injuries, and 1 body recovered from beneath the rubble.
Since the ceasefire took effect on 11 October, at least 951 Palestinians have been killed, 2,984 wounded, and 782 bodies recovered from beneath the rubble, while many victims remain trapped under debris or in areas inaccessible to rescue teams.
🇮🇷🇰🇼🇺🇸High-quality satellite images of the destruction of the drone hangar at Ali Al-Salem Air Base, Kuwait, on June 4. In the pre-Iranian strikes’ image, two MQ-9 drones are visible to the immediate north and east of the destroyed hangar. In the post-strike image, one MQ-9 Reaper drone is still visible in the north. But in the east on the runway (exactly where the MQ-9 was in the previous image), there is burn scars and darkening of the tarmac, which could be attributed to the destruction of the MQ-9 drone previously at that location. If the assessment holds true, then this would be the third US MQ-9 drone documented to have been destroyed on the ground since the so-called ceasefire.

❗️Statement issued by Hezbollah regarding the deliberate Israeli attack on a Lebanese military vehicle earlier today:
Expand
"The cowardly criminal aggression carried out by the Zionist enemy against a military vehicle belonging to our national army, resulting in the martyrdom of two officers and a soldier, is a qualified, deliberate crime. It adds to the crimes committed against our Lebanese people, especially in the South and the Western Bekaa.
This is a natural outcome of the authority’s disregard for the country’s sovereignty and the blood of its people, alongside its gratuitous concessions—the latest of which was its complete surrender to the enemy’s conditions in Washington, which encouraged it to desecrate the blood of our people and our army.
While we extend our deepest condolences and sympathies to the families of the army martyrs and to the military institution—its leadership, officers, and personnel—the resistance condemns this sinful aggression and reiterates its solidarity with our national army."
🇮🇷 Loud explosions reported by the locals on Kharg Island in the Persian Gulf, are related to the neutralization of ammunition in the “Behrgan” oil area, according to Iran’s Tasnim news agency. Approximately one third of the US/Israeli standoff munitions launched at Iran during the recent war, either failed to detonate and/or reach their targets, presenting Iranian disposal teams with serious challenges and fatal results in some instances.

🇮🇷🇺🇸| Overnight, the US-Iran had another tit-for-tat attacks
-
The US shot down 4 Iranian one-way attack drones followed by strikes in Qeshm & Sirik.
-
In response, the IRGC launched ballistic missiles from Iran towards Kuwait and Bahrain.
The IRGC officially stated that it targeted:
- Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait
- Remaining important facilities of the US Navy’s 5th Fleet, Bahrain [image reportedly shows a hit inside this base]
- An oil tanker
Full story: At 1:30 AM, 4 oil tankers were violating Iran’s authority & tried to exit the Strait of Hormoz, with the provocation and guidance of the aggressive US military, without coordination & without paying attention to the prescribed warnings of the IRGC Navy.
After warnings were issued, one of the tankers was targeted and stopped, while the other violating vessels turned back.
Following this incident, at 2:00 AM, American drones struck a communications mast in Qeshm and another mast in Sirik with 2 projectiles.
In response, 2 US air bases in Kuwait & Bahrain were immediately targeted by ballistic missiles from the IRGC.
