In Ukraine, drone-war has made concentration-of-force idiotic/suicide.

That article is showing the same principle re navy.

Small/cheap weapons destroying high-value-targets is now normal.

To me, that means we have to change-paradigm from the karate-style high-value-target putting expensive strike on opponent’s high-value-target, to a more judo-style or aikijutsu-style ( or something presence-oriented, instead of all-into-a-strike oriented ) style of war:

we have to convert to a paradigm where we don’t have any high-value-targets, where ALL of our forces are nearly-impossible to get past, & essentially cat-fight them to death.

Break their minds, their intent, their ability to function: drive them insane with frustration.
