The responses of Western leaders broadly have just been trash, not including Sanchez. Anyone can just look at what’s coming out of the US and see how dangerous it is. They’re literally calling it a holy war against Islam in their military, with Secretary of War who has a crusader’s cross tattoo and who has said they don’t care about any laws of war and will take no quarter. The president has said it’s his great honor to kill Iranians, he’s talking about Somalians in his own country as genetically deficient and low-IQ, he’s saying he can just take Cuba and do what he wants with it, and so much more. Then there’s Israel, with everything that’s happened in Gaza and the West Bank and now members of government talking about taking not just Southern Lebanon, but all of Lebanon and even threatening Turkey next.
It’s screamingly obvious what we’re dealing with, but Western leaders provide access to their bases to support the war, provide diplomatic support, keep arms supplies flowing, and won’t speak out against the obvious and obscene statements and actions.
