China is very actively trading with Iran so idk what this is supposed to mean.
Trading, but not really offering any aid (that we know of) beyond that.
They have given Iran military grade access to Beidou which has made their targeting much more effective. China is also sending missile parts and they have. Surveillance ship in the Gulf helping with ISR.
China likes to keep things on the down low.
I believe China has transferred some of their top tier mobile surface to Air radar units. https://defencesecurityasia.com/en/china-iran-ylc-8b-anti-stealth-radar-f35-b2-middle-east-airpower-shift/
That’s dated just prior to the start of the war, which has me wondering if these radars were not yet positioned, if their crews are not yet trained or undertrained, or if these radars are not as good as are claimed. My guess is the first possibility.
The YLC-8B is an early detection radar, not a fire control radar. So even if they were able to track a stealth aircraft, it doesn’t mean they could effectively intergrade it with their prior aa system.
Ah, thanks for the context
Also the Chinese intelligence ship Liaowang-1 is cruising off the coast of Oman in international water…
Let’s say its highly unlikely that the IRGC managed to destroy the $300M THAAD in Jordan, multiple AN/TPY-2 radar sites, precision strikes inside the US embassy green zone on Bagdad, etc, all on their own.
Oh, TIL.
goodluck
Outside America, though, that’s two words.
Inside America it’s two words, too
That’s because Russia no longer needs them (hasn’t received drones from them in a while) and upgraded to having USA as an ally, and probably Israel. Russia is about to be very rich, seeing how they’ve now one of big oil suppliers on the global market.
China is selling shit loads to Russia, too. In fact, this just enables them to justify their imperial ambitions over Taiwan and more.
Edit: These downvoted are curious. China bots?
Be a shame if Ukraine takes out more of Russias oil production…
