      Is that an autistic trait? (honest question). I get irrationally frustrated when someone tries to have a conversation before I had some downtime / too soon after I wake up. I’ve never understood why I get so upset about it

      When I lived with people I used to stop somewhere else and just sit in my vehicle for a while before I went home for this exact reason.
