    Battle? More like a minor inconvenience in his existence. He has too much money and power to receive proper punishment. If anything, the judge will probably award him more money for pain and suffering due to the court case distracting him from his great works.

    Apparently money is speech (and speech is speech) so the US Supreme Court will eventually rule that market manipulation is also speech and therefore constitutional.

    It’s sad, because this article is paywalled hard, but archive.today and archive.ph (also .is, .md, .fo, .li, .vn) are DDOSing a blogger who investigated them. They could also be Russian assets (js from mail[.]ru).

    This is from their CAPTCHA page, meaning every visitor executes that scriptlet at least once:

    I obfuscated the bloggers domain because I think they have enough trouble as it is, but it isn’t hard to find.

        Yes. Every time.

        There might be ways to circumvent the DDOS but imo this service has lost all credibility.
