Are they all OpenClaw agents?

What is it in like real person words? Not ai buzzwords. I do know how to code if that makes it easier.
as simply as I can: you can give a demon the ability to delete all your emails and spend your money on drugs
The demon is me
why do I need an ai for that when I already do it myself?

It’s a program to instrument LLMs and connects them to various web services like social networks, messengers, online shops, banking apps on your behalf.
The idea is you give an llm access to all your emails and stuff and then it takes care of scheduling doctors appointments etc for you from now on. It’s like a preconfigured framework and prompts to make your own personal assistant.
the repo/app is conceptually sound but I would rather it wire up my work/enterprise dev tools than allow me to send telegram messages to my computer
What do you mean by conceptually sound?
if you want to use local agents to do rote tasks for you I believe the architecture they chose makes sense. It’s a single server running as a daemon and all integrations including the agents themselves are hooked into it via websocket.
Unbelievably low bar for “conceptually sound”.
Idk having agents that can’t cleanly separate between data and instructions seems conceptually fucked to me.
my description isn’t the beginning and the end of it. Were that the case, you’d be correct, but the architecture and implementation are more robust than what I described I was just giving you a quick answer since the repo is public.
I doubt anyone has read the 200k lines of code
Linux on 3rd place with a read-only mirror
Nah, having a little open source AI buddy running on your computer is alright. It’s not part of the big tech AIsloppocalype
Your little open weight LLM running through openclaw won’t cause the AI apocalypse. It will, however, give your credit card number and all .env files to whoever asks nicely.
:(
Given the nature of the repo, I bet the majority of those stars are unorganic.
