I met a lot of fellow displayers and they were amazed of what I brought to display. Most of the people that checked out my builds were confused, blown away and a few said they’re true art. For those attendees that read the lengthy stories, they really enjoyed how they elevated the builds. A few even said I should write an actual story about the Veinhart… The reactions from most of the kids were astonishment, scared, or mesmerized by my creations. I even had a few adults and kids keep coming back to just stare in bewilderment at my madness. It was a great weekend and even met a fellow imgurian. He said it was an honor to meet me and that my builds were surreal. I shook his hand and gave him a sticker. He was tickled pink from our brief interaction.
Our MichLUG collab with the cyber cubes was a big hit as well. I am glad we’re enticing more people to create these fun cubes. I felt that adding my 4559 train helped the layout come to life a bit more. All in all, it was a great time for everyone!
That’s horrific. I love it.
Heh, indeed. Thank ya!
The thought of having to transport those from home to the event is giving me anxiety.
Awesome work. Love the organic style of those first couple of pieces.
I greatly appreciate it and yeah, that was only an hour drive. I have a 4 hour drive next weekend for Brickworld Indy…
