This sorta makes some sense as a kind of…

‘If you only had one set of clothes’, scenario.

    But, problems:

A cape is fucking stupid on a pratical level.

It will get caught in door frames, on brush, on broken window frames you need to get through, drag across broken debris and make a bunch of noise… it serves as a bunch of stuff for a combatant to grab in a fight… if its windy, it’ll flap and make noise and make you more visible… if its raining or snowing it will soak up weight… it will give you an obviously distinctive ‘foot print’ pattern…

    Very stupid.

Instead, go for something like a duster, a trench coat, a larger poncho, etc.

    Second big problem:

While the right kind of leather would be a great, maintainable, durable, even more breathable and flexible than you might think kind of fabric, if it essentially had a good mix of well stitched sections with other fabric, to essentially vent excess heat and humidity…

But, has anybody seen the price of real, quality leather these days?

You might as well be wearing Lulu’s belt outfit from FFX, but made of gold chains.

    You gonna get ganked.

Needs to be a lot less chic and a lot more ‘gray man’, otherwise this is cosplay.

Beyond that, this is waaay too much leather to be wearing, as is currently designed, as essentially a leather onesie with more leather over it.

No. You will smell like a dying cow pretty quickly without regularly bathing and cleaning all this… which is a stupid thing to assume you’ll have easy access to in a dystopia.

Oh also, thats enough hair it should be tied into a tail or bun.

A hood is a generally good idea, but she has too much hair that can obscure her view and or just stick to the leather and then pull and tear… probably line the inside of the hood with something friendlier to skin.
