Hey, that’s still quite a strong one.
On some platforms it would be “unalived with a pew pew”, and I am not joking. I’ve seen that and similar be used in serious contexts.

What, it should absolutely be a case of manslaughter through negligence at minimum. Who the fuck pulls a gun on a family member for an argument?

My European brain can’t understand how justice (does not) work in the US. There’s a body, a weapon and a murderer, how is this not a murder trial?

Wonder if it was the other way around, a liberal daughter accidentally killing her republican maga father, what would the jury say?

Oops. It “accidentally” went off because I always keep it loaded, chambered and always put my finger on the trigger when pointing it at someone I care about.

Sounds like the grand jury members were probably sympathetic Trump supporters that would like to do the same to their family members.

Well, if the judge and jury believed the story, then it happened by accident and had absolutely nothing to do with the upfront argument about Donald Trump. Thus, from my perspective, the headline is clickbait. If it indeed happened by accident or was murder, we all can’t judge based on the few details given in a news article.
