Disruptions to Ukraine's power grid have led to outages there and in neighboring Moldova. Kyiv's metro and water supply have both been affected.

It’s very nice of the Russians to remind Moldova why their friends lie towards the west, not towards Russia. I hope the Transnistrians got the Russian memo.
