I’m not sure what to think about this. If there are no restrictions, how do you prevent creepy guys pretending to be trans from going into a female bathroom?
Is creepy people entering women’s bathrooms such a common problem that we need the government to enforce bathroom use? No. This is merely moral panic being used to push conservative ideology, not an effort to address a real problem.

You don’t. You require restrooms to be built to a higher privacy standard.
We already have laws for voyeurism, and sexual assault, etc. that cover this. There does not need to be new laws that only exist to persecute individuals exercising personal freedoms and choices that affect no one but themselves. I bet there have been many trans people in public bathrooms with you and you never noticed, and nothing happened. This is all complete hysterics.
It’s certainly not by giving the creepy guys the authority to go into the women’s room and inspect everyone’s genitalia.
That has literally never happened so I don’t think we need to worry about it
