Sounds like he’s boldly venturing into new, un-fucked-up realms of operating system functionality to seek out new ways to piss everyone off and make a mess out of something that was doing perfectly fine for years thank you very much!
Yeah feels like pushing Linux down the line of Treacherous Computing.
Hopefully it isn’t the kind of company that gets VC funding or anything. Maybe it’ll be a RedHat style priority support company thing? Or maybe it’s goal isn’t to charge money for stuff at all.
