I am an atheist. But if I believed in a god, I know my deity of choice would not approve of my judging my fellow human beings for being something that doesn’t hurt anybody else, whatever that something may be.

This woman should take comfort in knowing that her loyal flock is free of the prejudices that drove the bigots away from her church. I would gladly attend her service with the knowledge that fellow churchgoers around me are probably a better group of human beings than those in other churches.
