Your age is the number of full rotations the earth has made around the sun since your birth! The earth isn’t moving slower for you because you were born on a leap day!

Yes, that does appear to be a pet peeve fit for the community’s description. Downvoters are being online incorrectly.
I mean as you say its a joke. Im pretty sure they all realize how years work and the persons actual age. Where you born on a leap year as I can’t see how it would come up so often as to be a pet peeve. Most people I know who are joke about it the most from my experience.
