I hate to suggest privatization, but … are private Solar plants and wind under-attack, or just grid-connected-first ones?

Cap (at least new)corporate/industrial grid-demand, outlaw new fossil-fuel plants/buildout, and watch the corpos fight the feds for wind-and-solar tooth-and-nail. They aren’t the ones demanding/defending more coal and gas so much any more(outside of cramped cities, where none of this shit needs to be), as its not the cost-effective option.

Throw in net-metering and balcony solar across-the-board too.

Billionaires never pick people over money, and Pritzker made the people pay for this…

That program provided more than $650 million of incentives to other data center projects between 2020 and 2023 – including $25 million for a different CyrusOne development in 2022.

Those tax breaks, according to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, have resulted in $6.5 billion in required investments, $11 billion in total investments and 469 new permanent jobs.

"We have chased down every potential dollar of private investment we could find and leveraged every incentive and grant at our disposal to attract and build up existing and new industries,” Pritzker said.

I like Ukrainian drone videos and am captivated by their many uses.

I look forward to watching the first YouTube video of a data center covered on old Uniroyal tires getting bigger and bigger on the screen.
