For your last paragraph: the lack of a weapon’s check/lockers and policies against weapons on-property were among the reasons I haven’t biked to most jobs. Ok, that, and no employee showers. Sorry to say, but getting outraged over these flights would be like getting outraged by soldiers flying Space Available between bases. Its time and distance those aircraft were going to be flying anyways. The property improvements are likely due to state policy and law which predate his time in office as well.

Filing for Bankruptcy would potentially allow them to stay in business, even potentially recouping losses or turning a profit(in the form of continuing to pay executive salaries - the executives likely being the owners). They could sell off various assets and keep that money - assets like the contracts they have with talents who would likely be better off without those contracts in-force. Why would anyone, particularly talen they owe money to; want to help them with that?

They don’t deserve to stay in business and should absolutely have their corporate assets seized in the most inconvenient ways possible. Hopefully some of the owners or executives have left their personal assets exposed to liability somehow.

Seriously though, for people who can keep a grasp on reality, the older editions had the potential to be far more useful. Many of the newer versions have not been more powerful so much as more sanitized, and as the web fills up on AI slop, the need to sanitize the output of AI trained on newer data-sets is only going to get worse.
