In this world there are admired conlangers. New languages create new social/cognitive/scientific enlightenments. Oppressive governments forbid this and mandate Newspeak.

I like it.
I wish. I got a few conlangs, but after the first 100 words I feel like it’s a steep decline in enjoyment. Especially when I do it secondary to other world building.
