I can’t really think of any characters that are objectively evil but I also think are hot. Closest is Sesshomaru from Inuyasha; but he’s not exactly evil, so much as he is an asshole.
Not my type, but I remember there being several subreddits devoted to Makima.
This could be said of a good number of repub women without Mar-a-lago face, like Levit, and that bitch feom CO. But seeing what they do and support removes the hotness.
Besides, those women are simply revolting and unattractive to be honest
