It’s not though, there is no NSFW content in that image. This community is for posting hentai, not a place for discussing issues with the instance (even if it relates to this community). Most instances have some sort of meta community for that purpose.

In my experiences, it depends on where the file is being served from.
I noticed catbox is blocked in some regions, so I switch my VPN location.
Sometimes it’s because the original file went down. Happens a lot with Redgifs links. It’s why I always post alts in the comments.
