      Thanks! It’s such a weird set of shapes here, I was a little nervous taking it on. Ultimately I was happiest with the pose, because I haven’t seen that anyone’s ever drawn Siegmeyer pouring his drink out. It makes him look quite grim in an odd way.

          Thanks for calling this out, you prompted me to read an article on tangents in composition and it really clarified some stuff I half remembered from a distant graphic design course, some fifteen years ago.

          I’m sure the page has its share of bothersome tangents, but I’m learning (relearning?) a lot!
