If I’m not mistaken those are New Rocks on the the left and Demonias on the right. Never had any New Rocks tho they look cool. fwiw like two years ago I bought some leather Docs and synthetic Demonias at around the same time; the Docs are still OK but the Demonias started cracking after a couple weeks.

Definitely New Rocks on the left. I like my Shiny Demonias too 😁
Funny thing is, I still wear my Demonias that have multiple cracks in em. I don’t mind the wear, I figure it makes em look punk. I put duct tape over one of the cracks to see how it looked but the duct tape fell off after a couple days lel.
How do you like those New Rocks? I’m thinking of buying some once I get some money together.
Yeah, that flexing point is tough on any material. They do sell leather glue for that kinda issue.

Best bang for the buck has been my Polish boots, they took about a week to break in. I moto in them & I’ve walked miles in them on a single day several times.

Those Polish boots look good too. I haven’t worn any straight-up combat-style boots in a while, iirc the last pair I had were Corcorans which… I don’t think they died, I think I had to donate them when I was leaving town.
