Ah yes endangering yourself and others…
It looks like a vehicle and that was the first thing I thought of. Do whatever you want, basically, but don’t use mind-altering substances and drive.
We used to smoke in the car even when not going anywhere or driving. Hotboxing is a thing, and depending on outside weather or family nearby its the best place to get away for this!
