They need a proper wellness policy for that office.

I can see a few differing scenarios here.
WWE sends them money, a lot of money either for a one off or just to have it completely.
WWE uses the name anyway knowing they have more money and high-paid lawyers. F1RST would have to send off legal letters and maybe a lawsuit in this event because US trademarks must be defended or you risk losing them.
And the most unlikely thing, WWE changes the name of their event.
