Well, I came across a dead bird of prey in the city (looks like an owl?). Likely a natural death I suppose, but a bit surprised Agriculture Victoria didn’t seem to want to at least check it out. Wrong suburb to be concerned? Hopefully a fox comes along and cleans it up.
