Not to be that person, but I’d personally recommend Linux instead. Far more secure.
In terms of desktops, Xfce and MATE work quite well with older themes, KDE Plasma still supports the old Oxygen theme, and Trinity is a fork of KDE 3.0 that I know from experience is a perfect fit for Frutiger Aero.
Yes I do use Linux as my main for music production & programming, but I just want to be nolstgic and building a very aero pc with the orginal aero os
