    So if they pinky promise not to use your weapons for genocide, the sales are good to go?

    That’s not a win. It’s a feckless virtue signal. If it’s not a complete and total military equipment embargo, you’re supporting them. That is also the minimum. The norm should be economic sanctions en par with Russia, Iran and NK until 1968 boundaries are restored.
