Since my last post about https://piratefeeds.net/ I’ve added a lot of cool new feeds to the site. I’ve gotta hand it to
, they really came through with the donations. We now have a bunch of high demand feeds: TrueAnon, Trashfuture, Trillbilly, and a dozen more!
I’ve added a script that attempts to check whether premium feeds are still working or got downgraded to the free version, you can check the status badges on the site for that. It’s not perfect though.
In particular, I’d be very grateful for donations of:
- Your Kickstarter Sucks
- Bungacast
- Glue Factory
- The Worst Of All Possible Worlds
- Bad Hasbara
- Blank Check
- Ten Thousand Posts
- The Antifada
- This Is Revolution
- Diet Soap
- We’re Not So Different
- We Might Be Drunk
- Cosmonaut Magazine
- If Books Could Kill
- Tran Girlismo
- Trainsatlantic
- Be Gay Solve Crimes
Also, once again, duplicate feeds are still sorely needed as backups.
The people will be eternally grateful to donors for their service!
NOTE: some users apparently can’t resolve the domain. Best guess is some ISPs/DNS servers are blocking the site as part of anti-piracy filters. If that’s your case try setting your DNS server to a big one like Cloudflare’s 1.1.1.1 or Google’s 8.8.8.8. Alternatively using a VPN seems to fix it.
NOTE: I currently only support feeds hosted on Patreon. I can’t guarantee proper anonymization of feeds hosted on other providers, so I can’t accept them for now.
Anyone have a feed to donate for Super Structure? I am on the edge since I don’t have a lot of extra money for subscriptions, but want to hear the latest episode with Hayden Tank.
The Jumble feedlist has been great historically and I will forever remain grateful for it, but it is down so much now, another source for feeds is very welcome. Since it seems like the jumble.top site itself may not even be around much longer (more and more downtime, no response from Jumble on either platform), I’d say you set this up just in time.
I also think this post should get a comm sticky along with the original Jumble post. More visibility will mean more feed donations and more people able to benefit from the fresher slop source. Even if jumble.top were still consistently up and usable, the existence of an alternative trough is alone worth a sticky imo. But as things are now, piratefeeds.net may be our best and only hope for continued, reliable feeding! We are being saved from potential slop starvation, a fate I don’t want to contemplate, let alone meet.
@PorkrollPosadist@hexbear.net and @context@hexbear.net, could we get this stickied?

Damn, that was fast, thanks!

What an honor, thanks!

Red scare
Huh. I don’t object to pirating fascist media, but I do wonder who here had a subscription to this.
lets not start this again. last time it ended with loss of all feeds.
It did?
Podking was the first user here to compile a list of pirated premium feeds, he got called out for including some right-wing podcasts/podcasts hosted by transphobes, doubled down that it was fine, and got banned. Happened 3 years ago.
Podking didn’t just share the feed but also hosted the files. Still does on SLSK. And has different and larger library. Could be better if people just realize that they don’t have to listen to a podcast if they don’t like it. Never been simpler. Maybe OP could reach to them and try to host supportingcast’s podcast on their server.
Just checked Podking’s Soulseek, I don’t see any of the pods I’ve had donated from SupportingCast. Either way Soulseek doesn’t work as a hosting platform for RSS feed media, Podking would have to set up a webserver of some kind which I’m guessing they don’t want to do.
They had American prestige when they were on supporting cast until “donor” feed expired and automatically switched to free with embedded ads in French. lol. Maybe you could contact them see what is going on. Maybe you put it on soulseek, those suporticgcast pods? Anyway thank for your good work.
OP solicited feeds from reddit so probably no-one here has a subscription
Yeah I was also a bit hesitant to host it, but I figured at least someone could keep an eye on their BS without giving them money. Antifascist research is a valid reason to consume fascist media I guess.
The user who sent me the feed claimed it was leaked by someone else…
Well it is possible that there’s a pirated feed used by the actual red scare fans and this is just tapping that. I’m not going to interrogate it much.
Fair dinkem

Thank you for your servicethank you for your service. i would also request adding the Antifada to your list of feeds you’re looking for.

Oh sure, added!
21Gramsci aka the refiller of the slop trough :07:
Premium parteon feeds are premium no more.
Looks like Guys turned into all previews only
Wait all of mine turned into preview only somehow
Yeah, I just tried chapo and trueanon and they’re both just the free feeds.
Same with no gods no mayors. Jumble still works, though.
Some of jumble is working some isnt
Oh yeah I meant jumble feed for no gods no mayors works. Dunno about other feeds.

My snout descends
At risk of sounding like a complete idiot, how exactly do I use your site?
Paste the feed links into your podcast app or RSS reader of choice
Thank you
wait am i just blind or are the links to trueanon trashfuture not showing up on the website?
Are you sure you don’t just need to scroll down? If not please DM me so I can look into it. You’re not the first one with this issue so either there’s something broken or I need to make the scrollability of the page more obvious.
It’s not broken, just not obvious. I made the same mistake.

Just updated the layout, is it clearer now?
Sorry for the late response, but yep, that looks good to me. I did like how you had it with being able to scroll through the list as an element within the page, but at least as it displayed on my phone, it just wasn’t clear at first that’s how it worked. But yeah, now it’s fool proof even for
like me.Thanks for the feedback
, yeah I tried to make it fancy but forgot about the practicality as usual haha
well im a fuckin dumbass lol
Nah it’s on me
, hopefully it’s clearer after this new updatewe don’t deserve you king :07:
oink snort oink
A suggestions to make webpage more ergonomic. Two columns. Numerated entries. Time and date of last update. Different colors of newly added podcasts.
Genuinely thank you for the feedback! My first thoughts:
- Two columns wouldn’t work on mobile. I could serve different pages based on device but I’m lazy and that seems like a lot of work right now.
- Numerated entries are a good idea, but the numbering would change every time I add/remove feeds if I want to stick to alphabetical ordering, which kinda defeats the purpose.
- For last update do you mean last time the feeds were fetched or last time I modified the index page?
- New podcast highlighting would be nice indeed, but it would probably have to be manual.
My first general problem is that right now I’m serving a static page with a reverse proxy, so it’s difficult to implement backend logic. The second problem is that I
- am not a frontend dev
- am bad at frontend dev
- hate frontend dev.
If someone has suggestions on how I could implement stuff like this without moving to a web app with a backend I’m all ears.
For last update do you mean last time the feeds were fetched or last time I modified the index page? the later
Ok yeah, I can add that
The only ones I’m missing now are Age of Napoleon and Bad Faith
Bad Faith is up now
