Are there similar easy things that most people sort of easily have access to? I think Libreoffice’s/Excel’s record macro function would be useful for people too.

Are there any communities for similar things, sort-of like beginner automation?

    I have a couple to change twitter.com urls into nitter.net or xcancel.com urls. And yes, you can still use twitter.com instead of x.com, but you have to have add ?mx=1 at the end of the url.

    So, https://twitter.com/nasa?mx=1 lets you continue using twitter.com but https://twitter.com/nasa redirects to https://x.com/nasa
