    Explanation: The Roman Emperor Valentinian was a man who had an infamously short and powerful temper. During a dispute with Germanic tribes, the emissaries of the Germanics said that the conflict was the fault of the Romans, and that in any case, the Germanics were not bound by any treaties they made with the Romans.

    Emperor Valentinian got so angry that he had a stroke then and there, and subsequently died.
