People should be allowed to burn the flag. I do consider it fighting words though. So if someone else kicked the shit out of them. I wouldn’t care but the police shouldn’t be arresting people over it.

Cops can’t be everywhere. Fighting words are not protected under the 1st amendment. We need to move back to a polite society. Part of why society is failing is we allow people to annoy other people which holistically wasn’t allowed.
