    Main plot : Bart puts his name on martin princes apptitude test and everyone thinks Bart is a genius.

    Joke scene : Bart and Homer are playing scrabble and Bart creates a new word “kwyjibo” which he describes as a “big dumb ape with no fur” .

    This is like season 1 episode 2 or 3? Kind of one of the first “true” Simpson episodes following the familiar episode breakdown

      This comment confused me until I looked it up, it’s a YouTube review channel and they uploaded a video about this episode a few hours ago.

      But in this case it’s just a random coincidence. I just go to Frinkiac and hit “Random” until I find something interesting (or if a random quote pops in my head).

      It helps that it got a trial run on The Tracy Ulman Show. They had a few years to figure out what to do. Not that shorts are the same as a full episode, but it’s baby steps.
