Oh wow, /r/nintendo stayed down through a Nintendo Direct that announced a new Mario game? That’s a lot more chutzpah than I’d expect from a subreddit focused on a game console.

That’s indeed impressive.
They are more based than /r/pcgaming, /r/pcmasterrace, /r/linux, and /r/buildapc. Got my respect. To see them still holding strong is not at all what I would have expected. PC community pretty much completely dropped the ball.
