My week last week didn’t go as well, cardio 3 4 days and gym like 2 but better than nothing. I did work on my diet though and in terms of losing weight that might be what does it for me. Got a physical coming up next month on the 8 so I’ll do what I can to be ready for it, the weigh in is what got me worried but I think I got this. Time to be a fat loser like I know I can be.
