oh, I had another prog pill fall out - it wasn’t from flatulence. Right after putting it in I guess my position put a lot of pressure on that region and it just pushed its way out, despite being far enough up. I think it sorta followed the finger out.

What I found helps is after placing, before pulling the finger out, to sorta pinch the canal closed with my other hand (from the outside of the body, by just pressing on my butt) - this allows removing the finger without creating a path for the pill to follow out, lol.
This is only a problem when the sphincter is a bit relaxed and when the position I’m in puts pressure on that region. So this isn’t an issue I have most days, but it’s happened twice now.
I now think of you at night when passing gas 😆 #awkward
