This is exactly how someone behaves when they have a really good deal to offer to people: Refuse to elaborate on details, rush them to make a decision, and threaten them with vague consequences if they don’t take the great deal you’re offering them.
“This offer will disappear soon. Take it now or never.” I’ve seen this tactic from manipulative salespeople, hiring staff at terrible companies, and… nowhere else. Until now.
Remember those old infomercials that would air and straight up lie about it being a “limited time offer”? Like, motherfucker, this ad is 18 fucking years old… I’d be shocked if they’re still answering the phones
It’s a limited time offer. It’s done when they sell 500 of them.
They haven’t sold 500 yet.
Sounds like telecoms
Nigerian princes who have millions to give you have been making the same deal for years.
It’s the auto sales playbook.
This is such fucking bullshit. This is so deeply scammy.
And they aren’t trying to “cut costs” to even benefit Americans. It is only slated to go to these fucking oligarch assholes.
Most people’s taxes are going up, so they can pay more for even less.
