Lol, down vote because holy crap do you know what mull is and why that may be the best option?
Mull is kinda sorta Tor Browser Android, but without routing over Tor network and upstream Firefox. It enables many features upstreamed by the Tor Uplift project through @arkenfox and @pyllyukko’s user.js projects.
And considering mullvad doesn’t have a mobile app yet…
They have limited resources and money

The current best option is Firefox Beta with about:config
Other options are iceraven which is normally several updates behind and the Iodé browser, which is up to date but I don’t know much about it to blindfully use it to replace Mull, this is the Fdroid repo link
Hopefully some options show up before the next Firefox update.
