    “We are a free speech university. But to intentionally break the rules … now you’re in the world of civil disobedience and we’re going to think about consequences.”

    “Decorum is more important than the human lives you’re protesting on behalf of.”

    What a bunch of clowns openly railing against civil disobedience.

      Civil disobedience is a good thing and it should have no “consequences” to think about. At least in a democratic society, which Academia isn’t on multiple levels.

      Additionally, a well-meaning and functioning state would make those making these threats think about consequences of punishing free speech exercised in a civil manner.

    I love the clarity these kids have about the issue. Protest within whatever bs restrictions the admin enforces and force the people in control to keep seeing it.
