    I don’t understand your comment. Is this article suggesting no one will release their films on blu-ray?

      Per the article it is saying that they will eventually cease production of them altogether. Sony owns the rights to Blu Ray so any company wanting to put their art onto it is out of luck once they stop making them altogether.
