no offense to older people in chat, but why do so many older USonians try to overuse appliances or reusable containers with worn out plastic in contact with food?
is this a worldwide issue? my hypothesis was they got introduced to them as wonder materials of the future. even plastic sponges get reused when they clearly have molecule-deep filth in every crevasse
@ikka@lemmy.sdf.org If you want to be taken seriously, go get a PhD in psychology and try to convince people everyone who takes part in an email chain with more than 4 replies is mentally ill. Alternatively, pursue becoming a site moderator so you don’t have to live with not being taken seriously, you can ban people and imagine they are more unhappy than you then.
