I keep seeing this acronym bit didn’t know what it was, so:
It stands for Diversity, equity, and inclusion and promote “the fair treatment and full participation of all people”, particularly groups “who have historically been underrepresented or subject to discrimination”
To Republicans, however, it stands for ‘threatening white hegemony.’
