i read somewhere that your race plays a big factor in if you become lactose intolerant. Pretty sure white people are the least likely to, I guess that’s where our obsession with cheese comes from
my gut would beg to differ. I’m lactose intolerant and if I have too much cheese of any kind my stomach hurts. I can have more of it than I can have milk but the effects are the same if I overindulge in cheese
hm, you could be right! seeing as one of the most common effects of triggering lactose intolerance is diarrhea which can easily lead to death if you don’t have a source of clean water to keep yourself well hydrated

I think it’s the other way around. Our obsession with cheese has led to the lactose intolerant dying off.
Most cheese does not have lactose in it, only cheap or fresh cheese does.
