2 oz Evan Williams bottled-in-bond
3/4 oz guava liqueur (see note)
3/4 oz Chinola passion fruit liqueur
1 oz lemon juice
Shaken.
It’s every bit as good as it sounds. Not too sweet but fruity and boozy.

That Evan Williams is a hidden gem. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better bourbon for cocktails at around $20 a bottle.
