    I remember the days of unmoderated internet. Walking past the school computers, what’s all those guys around a computer looking at? Aaaand it’s a beheading and that now lives rent free in my head for 30 years.

      The screaming from the principal after we put the home page of all computers in the computer hallway of our upper childrens school to rotten dot com.

      Fun times!

      Orangeparty homepage still haunts me as much as Arachnophobia did to an 11 year old mind.

        Three classes of 9th graders being “shown how to use the internet” in 2001:

        Librarian: what’s a good example of a good site to visit

        Student: what about the white houses webpage

        Librarian: yes, so does anyone know what that webpage is?

        Student: WhiteHouse.com?

        Librarian: that sounds about right, let’s check!
