This is awesome. Property hoarders should be financially disincentivized / penalized. We have enough housing (theoretically, if people were willing to change states and employers allowed remote work where applicable). It’s assholes who own multiple homes making it impossible for people to afford to survive. Rent-seekers buying properties to put on AirBnB and the like should be illegal.

We still need massively more dense-housing in highly-populous areas.
