While the weeaboo girl with ears is certainly endearing and looks cute, the fact that this type of implementation means users of curl, w3m or elinks or even dillo or just slightly out-of-date Firefox versions (so, much more likely to be actual humans than bots!) are intrinsically banned means I won’t be considering a solution like this. For the time being, adding hourly limits to IP range blocks is fine.
