Posts have been all over the front page of Lemmy with “DEI hire” and stupid shit like that. I’m too lazy to find them for you. The misogyny and racism has been surprisingly blatant.
Which is funny to me because in my industry, the DEI people tend to be exceptionally talented. Probably because they had to overcome a bunch of biases to get there in the first place. My “DEI” coworkers are awesome, and I love working with them. Would definitely hire more.
